company was established in 1990 and became a privately held corporation in 1997. Our headquarters are located in San Jose, California - about 50 miles south of San Francisco.
Our management has 10 years experience in auto repair and operating garages, we started our business by exporting auto parts and automotive service equipment to Asia (1990 to 1992). After that, we travelled to China and did research on automotive service equipment parts. We went to many manufacturers and machine shops in China, comparing their equipment/machinery, workmanship, work ethics, and cooperative attitude. Finally we found a few dependable machine shops to work with then started importing and began to supply OEM parts to several American lift and tire changer manufacturers for several years. We know the importance of supplying quality parts to our customers because the parts and equipment are essential to safety. We go to China often to monitor their product design, machining, quality control, and packaging. We were the first American company sourcing parts on automotive service equipment in China and brought in quality/cheaper lift parts and tire changer parts during that period. We are knowledgeable about the equipment manufactured in China and have the experience needed to get quality products to our customers. | | | | Since we are familiar with automotive lift and parts, in 2000 we started doing private label automotive lifts for several American lift manufacturers. As a result, our name was only recognized among a small number of manufacturers and distributors. Most distributors and end users did not know about us. We would now like to make ourselves known to you and deliver our quality equipment to you. We can offer good prices because we deal with manufacturers directly; no middle-men are involved. We are experts in the products that we supply to you. This is quite different than our competitors. Some distributors just buy from an export company or a lift manufacturer in China without knowing how their products are made. Besides our 15 years experience in sourcing, we also provide tech support and supply back up parts. What do you know about Internet companies? |

There are many things to consider when you purchase a lift. First、buy from a reputable company. Second、make sure you can get a good instruction manual and replacement parts when needed. Finally、make sure that company can provide you for tech support.
We believe that a company which sells a lift at below average price is questionable; will that company make enough profit margins to keep their business going? If that company goes out of business、where are you going to get your replacement parts? If a lift is too cheap、are you getting what you expect? There are places that over-rating their lifts; in other words、they may rate a 9,000lb lift as 10,000lb or perhaps they may rate a 10,000lb lift as 11,000lb. This could be dangerous because an operator really could attempt to lift weight on the lifts which exceeds the maximum capacity.
Some internet companies will collect your money and use your money to order lifts offshore. Then you wait for two months after you placed your order and paid for it. We will not do that to you. Your order will be shipped within one business day. We will not charge your credit card unless we have your order to ship. Some internet companies do not have an office or warehouse. They may be in their pajama when talking to you and they will then just drop ship with an importer. Some companies will copy another companies』 lift and paste the pictures to their website as their product. Be careful that you are buying what you are expecting.
There are people who call their products 「made in USA」. In fact、some of these products are made offshore and then put on an American label. We honest tell you from which country our products originate.
Today the automotive service equipment selling price has been much lower than before because of high competition. Most equipment is made in China but few manufacturers in China really know about the product themselves. Most of them just buy a sample from a source then start doing reverse engineering and producing in quantity. They do not know about the application and they do not know what is important for business usage. Give us a chance to be of service to you. About 90% of automotive service equipment sold in US is from China now、since we have been doing sourcing in China for over 15 years、we go to China very often. Over the years、we have visited many different machine shops、casting shops、forging shops、and manufacturers. We know that the way things operate in China is quite different from the USA、including work ethics、machining methods、environmental requirements、and quality control. In order to get good equipment suppliers、you must find people who possess good hardware and software combined. Hardware is not difficult: you must have good equipment、large facility、and a group of workers. However、most manufacturers in China do not have software、which is necessary to manage the shop properly、how to control the quality、how to make the products consistent、how to make a good operating manual、and how to come up with good parts manual. When American buyers purchase a lift、they will need to be able to install their lift in a safe way; when they need parts、they need access to get the correct replacement parts. This cannot be accomplished with most imported equipment out of China. We know how to find quality parts and quality equipment among many Chinese manufacturers. We have given suggestions to qualified manufacturers and have helped them improve the quality of their products over the years. Through our sources、we are familiar with Chinese automotive equipment manufacturers and machine shops. We also have been dealing with many of them on a direct basis since 1992 and have been able to deliver high quality products and parts at very competitive prices for our customers because of our business relationships. We continue to visit them from time to time、monitor them on product design、production、quality control、and shipping packaging. As a result、we are specialists in automotive lifts、automotive service equipment and parts. to service you better、 we started a joint-venture with a lift/tire changer factory in China、we will get you more quality products in the near future. Many people are afraid to buy imports. However、dealing with us is different than our competitors because we have selected the best manufacturers available. There are many new equipment manufacturers in China and they are in learning stage. Before they pass the learning curve、your products have a high chance of being defective or inferior. We have our lift manufacturer do a load test on each new lift model they make、eliminating many potential problems. We work with our suppliers on a direct basis. Some companies buy lifts offshore without knowing the lift manufacturers or seeing any load test.
